Evaluation & Follow-Up Visits
Set by your provider · billed at their practice
May be partly covered by vision or medical insurance, depending on your plan. Ask your provider for their current rate.
SuccessfulSight™ is cash-pay. There are two parts to the total: the evaluation and follow-up visits billed by your optometrist, and a flat $2,400 SuccessfulSight™ program fee you pay us directly — in installments or upfront.
SuccessfulSight™ is a cash-pay program — not billed through insurance. There are two fees you should expect:
Set by your provider · billed at their practice
May be partly covered by vision or medical insurance, depending on your plan. Ask your provider for their current rate.
Flat fee · 6 months of access · 5 installments or upfront
Paid directly to SuccessfulSight™, not your provider. HSA, FSA, CareCredit, and all major credit cards accepted.
A $800 deposit before equipment ships, then 4 monthly installments of $400.
We accept HSA, FSA, CareCredit, and all major credit cards. Interest-free — no financing surcharges.
Your optometrist's evaluation and any follow-up visits are billed separately by your provider.
Book extra dedicated time with a vision therapist whenever additional guidance is needed.
If additional time is needed beyond the 6-month program access.
Option to purchase the equipment kit after the program ends, priced per item.
If any part of the loaned equipment is lost or damaged during the program, it is billed at the item-level rate.
Nothing here is required. Most families complete the program without needing any add-ons.
If you decide within the first two weeks that SuccessfulSight™ isn't the right fit, we'll refund the program fee in full — provided all loaned equipment (iPad, patient stand, kit contents) is returned in good condition.
When the program is completed as prescribed, SuccessfulSight™ backs it with a money-back guarantee of improvement. Specific conditions apply — your prescribing optometrist and SuccessfulSight™ support can walk you through them.
Save 5% when you pay the full $2,400 program fee upfront — $2,280 instead.
If two siblings in the same household are enrolled in SuccessfulSight™ at the same time, the second sibling receives 50% off the program fee.
No. SuccessfulSight™ is cash-pay and the VT program fee is not billed through insurance. Your optometrist's evaluation and follow-up visits may be partly covered by vision or medical insurance, depending on your plan — ask your provider directly.
Yes. We accept all major credit cards, HSA and FSA cards, and CareCredit. Many families use HSA/FSA funds toward the program fee since it is a prescribed vision therapy program.
Yes. SuccessfulSight™ provides an itemized superbill on request so families can submit it to their insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your specific plan.
We offer a two-week full-refund trial. If a family decides within the first two weeks that the program isn't the right fit, we will fully refund the program fee — provided all loaned equipment (iPad, patient stand, kit contents) is returned in good condition.
Yes. SuccessfulSight™ offers a money-back guarantee of improvement when the program is followed as prescribed. Specific conditions apply — your prescribing optometrist and SuccessfulSight™ support can walk you through them.

Yes. Families who pay the full program fee upfront receive a 5% discount — $2,400 becomes $2,280.
Once your participating optometrist prescribes the program, SuccessfulSight™ sets up the payment plan with you directly. The $800 deposit is collected before the equipment is shipped; the remaining installments follow monthly.
Most patients complete an initial evaluation with the prescribing optometrist before starting, and some providers choose to do an end-of-program evaluation as well. Your provider decides what follow-up schedule is right for the patient.
Yes — by design. A full course of traditional in-clinic vision therapy can run well beyond a flat program fee once weekly visits, travel, and time off school or work are factored in. SuccessfulSight™ delivers the same core therapy experience virtually, at a cost that is known from day one and does not grow as the patient progresses.
A participating optometrist handles the evaluation and prescribes the program. Once prescribed, SuccessfulSight™ sets up the payment plan with you directly and ships the equipment kit.
