Cost & Pricing

How Much Does SuccessfulSight™ Cost?

SuccessfulSight™ is cash-pay. There are two parts to the total: the evaluation and follow-up visits billed by your optometrist, and a flat $2,400 SuccessfulSight™ program fee you pay us directly — in installments or upfront.

FAQ

Common Questions About Cost

Is SuccessfulSight™ billed through insurance?

No. SuccessfulSight™ is cash-pay and the VT program fee is not billed through insurance. Your optometrist's evaluation and follow-up visits may be partly covered by vision or medical insurance, depending on your plan — ask your provider directly.

Can I use HSA, FSA, or CareCredit?

Yes. We accept all major credit cards, HSA and FSA cards, and CareCredit. Many families use HSA/FSA funds toward the program fee since it is a prescribed vision therapy program.

Do you provide a superbill for insurance reimbursement?

Yes. SuccessfulSight™ provides an itemized superbill on request so families can submit it to their insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your specific plan.

What if we want to stop within the first two weeks?

We offer a two-week full-refund trial. If a family decides within the first two weeks that the program isn't the right fit, we will fully refund the program fee — provided all loaned equipment (iPad, patient stand, kit contents) is returned in good condition.

Is there a money-back guarantee on outcomes?

Yes. SuccessfulSight™ offers a money-back guarantee of improvement when the program is followed as prescribed. Specific conditions apply — your prescribing optometrist and SuccessfulSight™ support can walk you through them.

What if the patient needs more than six months?

Program extensions are available at $250 per month if the patient needs more time. Your prescribing optometrist will advise on whether an extension is clinically appropriate.

Is there a discount for siblings?

Yes. When two siblings complete the program at the same time, the second sibling receives 50% off the program fee. They must overlap — not run back-to-back — to qualify.

Can I pay upfront to save?

Yes. Families who pay the full program fee upfront receive a 5% discount — $2,400 becomes $2,280.

When is the first payment due?

Once your participating optometrist prescribes the program, SuccessfulSight™ sets up the payment plan with you directly. The $800 deposit is collected before the equipment is shipped; the remaining installments follow monthly.

How many optometrist visits should I plan for?

Most patients complete an initial evaluation with the prescribing optometrist before starting, and some providers choose to do an end-of-program evaluation as well. Your provider decides what follow-up schedule is right for the patient.

Is it more affordable than traditional in-clinic vision therapy?

Yes — by design. A full course of traditional in-clinic vision therapy can run well beyond a flat program fee once weekly visits, travel, and time off school or work are factored in. SuccessfulSight™ delivers the same core therapy experience virtually, at a cost that is known from day one and does not grow as the patient progresses.
